Verified lead model
A verified lead is a homeowner or property contact with genuine roofing intent, valid contact details, and enough job information to quote or qualify.
County routing
Leads are routed by county and intent. East-region buyer, repair, storm, and insurance leads can be assigned to Patrick. West-of-Ireland leads can be assigned to the Mayo partner.
Speed matters
The highest-converting partners normally respond inside 15–60 minutes during business hours, especially on pre-purchase and emergency leads.
